Whether you have a simple question or your entire computer system just crashed, IshmaelSoft’s Support has you covered.  Our Standard Support includes same day response during business hours.  Our Gold Support includes same day response during business hours plus after hours support.  This provides peace of mind knowing that, in the event of a disaster, we are here to help no matter when disaster strikes.  This support provides for routine or emergency support of your existing website.  New functionality requiring programming time is not included, however we will provide a free consultation in the event your needs require programming time.

We provide on-site and remote support, including the ability to remote into your computer (with your permission) to help resolve any issues you may have.  Once we assess your needs -- we will provide a flat rate quote to get it resolved.  Some issues take time to resolve, but usually these include some “idle time” (i.e. running scans, etc.).  Rather than charge you by the minute just for running a scan, we will discuss and plan with you in advance.  The result – you never have to guess about cost, and you will have peace of mind with our effective and efficient resolutions.
